500 gr di farina

90 gr di margarina

200 gr di burro

5 gr di lievito

miele

40 gr cioccolato fondente fuso

2 tuorli

40 gr di latte o panna

30 gr di cacao

30 gr di nocciole

270 di zucchero a velo

vaniglia

Per la glassa:

250 gr di zucchero a velo

50 gr di albumen
